2. Consumer Product > CARBON MONOXIDE SENSOR
Singleton+Associates Design delivered a complete project (design concept, part design, prototypes and two+two (2+2) cavity production tooling) for a CARBON MONOXIDE SENSOR in less than six (6) weeks. This project not only allowed our client to meet a narrow product delivery window with a major international retailer, but introduced the first consumer market CARBON MONOXIDE SENSOR priced at less than $3000 which was a full $1000 less then it's nearest competitor.
3. Automotive > CONDENSER MOUNTING BRACKET
Singleton+Associates Design provided essential design and manufacturing consultation in the development of an injection moulded CONDENSER MOUNTING BRACKET. Development and implementation of this product resulted in a savings of $200 per vehicle and payback on the $350,000 product development and tooling costs in less than six months.
